Safety Resources

PCH’s IMS is comprehensively documented and supported by various policies, which form the foundation of the way the Company operates.

PCH has a dedicated safety team and safety advisers to ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations and procedures.  This includes:

• adhering to client and legislative safety requirements
• conducting random site audits
• providing research, advice and guidance
• tagging of scaffolding
• hazard identification and management
• formal investigation of all incidents and accidents
• formal induction and assessment of staff
• formal reporting to board of directors
• documentation of testing and compliance for new equipment purchases

PCH is the only Company of its kind to have achieved AS/NZ4801 certification of its safety system.

PCH’s experience and track record gives the Company a special ability to source additional staff for major projects through our proven recruiting methods.  This includes testing of candidate’s skills and abilities to conform with internally developed PCH proficiency requirements.
